Het is een leidinggevende functie waarin je onder andere werknemers instructies geeft en motiveert. Naast leidinggeven, help je het team met de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Als meewerkend voorman/-vrouw kan je het overzicht houden over een grote groep mensen, je weet de collega's op de werkvloer op de juiste manier aan te sturen en snapt het logistieke proces. Het is belangrijk dat je samen met de andere teamleiders flexibel inzetbaar bent en elkaar onderling aanvult en/of kunt vervangen.

Responsibilities

This is a supervisory role in which you provide instructions and motivation to employees, among other responsibilities. In addition to leadership, you will assist the team with daily tasks. As a working supervisor/lead, you can oversee a large group of people, effectively guide your colleagues on the work floor, and understand the logistics process. It's important that you, along with the other team leaders, are flexible and can complement and/or substitute for each other.

  • Supervising, supporting, and motivating your team of employees
  • Creating, monitoring, and potentially adjusting the schedule
  • Assisting with daily tasks on the work floor
  • Inspecting the execution and quality of work
